1:1 Running Rehab
At our Mount-Grenada St site we offer a 1:1 Running Rehab service. This involves a 1 hour assessment with a Physiotherapist which will include a muscle balance assessment, and a video analysis of your running technique. You will come away with work on’s such as stretching or strengthening exercises or running technique cues. This will enable you to run more efficiently and with less risk of injury or perhaps you will be able to get rid of those current niggles that are stopping you run as well as you would like.
